Just stumbled across Opinew today, and it has WAY better features such as Multi-platform reviews, Responding to reviews as comments, more color-coordination options to fit the theme of your site, etc. Very user-friendly and up-to-date; Support Chat replies super fast, too!

They are constantly updating their app , great Customer Service, they respond very quickly.
